The Administrative Services are carried out in order to ensure the continuous function of the Park, without the need of intervention by the Employer on a daily basis.
It specifically includes:
Administration of business contacts
- Coordination of Actions with the Manufacturers of the installed Equipment, concerning maintenance, guarantee and other issues
- Coordination and communication with the Operator of Electricity Market (hereafter LAGIE) concerning issues of the producers’ payment
- Coordination and communication with public services for tax and insurance issues of the producers
- Coordination and communication with the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (hereafter HEDNO) for issues that concern the clearance of electricity sale, as well as problems that occasionally occur related to the network, which the power stations are connected to.
Coordination and communication with Banks funding the projects for issues that concern the producers’ loans.
In order for the Union to be able to offer all the expected services in the best way possible, it has purchased highly advanced equipment, worth in total more than 500.000 euros, which varies from automobile washing machine to thermal cameras for checking the photovoltaic frames.
Finally, due to the delay observed in the shipment of replacement parts and more specifically of inverters, whose damage can significantly influence the station’s output, the Union has been supplied with inverters by selected companies, which are temporarily installed in the stations so that they maintain a status of constant function. Moreover the Union has already created a stock of photovoltaic frames in order to be able to immediately replace malfuctional or broken ones.
